Scope: This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect about visitors and account holders when they
interact with the Services. It does not apply to personal data that our customers submit to the Services as part of their
use of the Services (“Customer Data”). Our customers control how Customer Data is processed. If you are an end user
interacting with a customer’s implementation of the Services, please review that customer’s privacy practices.

If you create an account or request information, we may collect identifiers and contact details such as your name,
company name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Billing information.
If you purchase Services, billing and payment transactions are processed by our payment processor (currently Stripe).
We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. We may receive limited billing details and payment status
information needed to administer your account, provide the Services, and prevent fraud.
  • Communications.
If you contact us, we may collect your contact details and the content you provide, including attachments.
We may also collect information you submit via forms, chat features, scheduling tools, or surveys.

  • Device and usage information.
We may collect information about how you access and use the Services, including IP address, browser type, device type,
operating system, referring and exit pages, timestamps, and interactions with pages and features.
  • Log and diagnostic data.
We may collect logs and diagnostics to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, such as error logs,
    performance metrics, and feature usage.
  • Approximate location.
We may infer approximate location from IP address for security, fraud prevention, and regional settings.

3) Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, SDKs, and local storage) to operate the Services, remember
preferences, and understand usage. These technologies may collect information such as IP address, browser and device information,
and activity on our site.

Types of cookies we may use include:

  • Strictly necessary technologies to provide core functionality, security, and account access.
  • Functional technologies to remember preferences and improve your experience.
  • Analytics technologies to understand usage and improve performance.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some functionality may not work as intended.

4) Information We Receive From Third Parties

  • Service providers. We may receive information from vendors that help us provide the Services
(for example, payment processing and infrastructure and security providers).
  • Integrations. If you connect third-party services to the Services, we may receive information from those
services as authorized by you and the third party.
  • Business contact sources. We may receive publicly available business contact information and combine it
    with information we have.

  • Send marketing communications where permitted by law and consistent with your choices.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

How We Share Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  1. Vendors and service providers.
We share information with vendors that process information on our behalf to provide the Services, such as hosting and infrastructure,
payment processing (currently Stripe), security, customer support, communications, and professional services.
  2. Legal and safety.
We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or security issues,
    and enforce our agreements.
  3. Business transfers.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part
    of that transaction.

We disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so, such as when using integrations.
  5. Aggregated or de-identified information.
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, we process personal information on the following bases:
contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Services),
consent (where required, such as certain cookies), and legal obligation (compliance and recordkeeping).

Where We Process Information

We operate and process information in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States,
you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes,
such as maintaining records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.

Where feasible, we delete or de-identify personal information when it is no longer needed. Backup copies may persist for a limited period
as part of our routine backup and disaster recovery processes.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access,
loss, misuse, and alteration. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Your Choices

  • Marketing communications.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting
privacy@digitimber.com. You may still receive transactional or service-related messages.
  • Cookies.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features may not work as intended.
  • Do Not Track.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting DNT signals,
we do not respond to DNT signals.

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
  • Object to processing or request restriction of processing.
  • Request portability of your personal information.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
